We make one thing, a Sun Day Burger, and we make it with love and passion, in the true vegan spirit.
You can look forward to a wholewheat bun, with tomato, lettuce, beetroot, gherkin, sprouts, coriander, fried oniopns, strips of tofu fried with ginger and soy marinade, and topped with a smoked chipotle chili sauce, peanut/coconuut Thai sauce or Pineapple chutney. We do have a bottle of ketchup, under the table ;o)
