Eighth Day is a vegetarian café and healthfood shop. We were established in 1970 and have been a workers’ co-operative since 1976. We are located on Oxford Road next door to the Manchester Metropolitan University Students’ Union, about a hundred yards from the BBC and opposite All Saints’ park.

Riesige Auswahl an veganen Produkten. Im Cafe echtes Englisches Fruehstueck (Beans, Sausages, baked tomatos, toast...) und sonstige Leckereien. Auch viele frische Kuchen, muffins und suesse/herzhafte Pies.
Wahrscheinlich DIE Anlaufstelle in Manchester und Umgebung.

Das Essen ist einfach prima. Dort habe ich auch Sojamilch für den Kaffee/Tee gefunden, die nicht gerinnt.

Das Cafe liegt nicht neben der "Student Union" sondern ungefähr 10 Minuten Fußweg davon entfernt.

Werde das nächste Mal ein Bild davon machen, wenn ich wieder in Oxford Road bin.

Die Rezepte auf deren Hompage sind sehr lecker.
