Cooked by students at the college who are keen to learn more about future veggie/vegan customers.

Menu (all vegan):

Homemade soup of the day * Smoked tofu with sundried tomatoes and asparagus salad * Wild oyster mushrooms with pine nuts and rosemary roasted veg served in a baked filo basket garnished with flamed cherry tomatoes * Frozen banana coated with delicious thick coconut ice-cream sauce * freshly brewed tea and coffee.

Soya milk available.
